Recovery & Training Guide

All new sign ups gain access to the Recovery & Training Guide created by Sam. A practical resource to help you understand the key principles behind long term progress before coaching begins.

It’s especially useful if you’re new to rehab or strength work, breaking down important concepts like progressive overload, tempo based sets, and using RPE to guide your training.

You’ll also learn how to manage pain, adjust your training when needed, and build resilience through strength, mobility, sleep, nutrition, and smart load management.

This guide gives you a solid foundation and the confidence to start your one to one coaching journey with clarity and direction.

Really easy to talk to and came across as a super nice guy. With in a day or so I had received my plan and got stuck in straight away. I was amazed by the variety of the exercises. Way way better value than trying to see a physio in person! I was doing 3-4 sessions a week and learnt so much. After about 3 months my groin is 100% fixed. Couldn’t recommend Sam highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate doing online coaching again.
